Namche: Day 2

Today we will be doing our first acclimatization hike. We will hike high in the morning then have the evening to explore back at Namche, before moving on in the morning.

Our acclimation hike took us to our very first clear views of Everest! Although everest may technically be the star of the show, all of our hearts were stolen by Ama Dablam, the mother, that looks like a whale breaking from the waves.

After getting back to namche, we found a tattoo shop (the highest in the world!! NATI STUDIO) And as many girls as nati could tattoo got a piece of permanent art from him, AND OTHERs SNAGGED ORIGINAL ACRYLIC PAINTING FROM HIS ATTACHED FINE ART STUDIO.

I GOT NEPAL’S NATIONAL FLOWER ON MY FOREARM, a rhododendron, AND A SMALL PAINTING OF A PORTER ON THE EBC TRAIL.
